Every batch. Every piece.
Checked against the standard.
From raw material selection to final packing, our quality control follows documented procedures across six checkpoints -- so your order arrives consistent, compliant, and ready for your market.
Our QC framework
Six checkpoints from material to carton
Each order moves through defined inspection stages. We document what we check and keep you informed with real production updates.
Production transparency
During manufacturing, you can receive progress updates and actual photos or videos of your order -- not just promises.
Raw material screening
Incoming food-grade resins are verified against supplier specifications. Material certificates and BPA-free declarations are reviewed before production begins.
In-process production control
During extrusion and injection molding, parameters are monitored continuously. Automated German systems help maintain stable processing conditions.
Forming & visual inspection
Each formed piece is checked for uniform wall thickness, complete filling, and clean edges. Visual inspection catches surface defects early.
Dimension, appearance & seal check
Critical dimensions are measured against approved specifications. Lids are tested for secure fit and sealing performance to prevent leakage.
Pre-packing inspection
Before cartoning, product quantity, quality, and packaging condition are verified. This final line check ensures the carton matches the order.
Batch consistency & traceability
Samples from each production batch are retained. Batch records link raw material lots to finished goods for full traceability.
