PI & 30% Deposit

Proforma Invoice confirmed. 30% deposit initiates production scheduling. Balance paid against copy of B/L before shipment.

Production & Delivery

Full production with progress photos sent to you. Pre-shipment QC inspection. FOB Ningbo/Shanghai. After-sales follow-up until goods received.

What is the minimum order quantity for custom / private label packaging?
Our standard MOQ for custom and private label orders is 10,000 pcs per SKU. If you want to test a product first, we offer ready-stock items from 100 pcs with no customization.
How long does it take to produce a custom sample?
Custom samples are typically ready in 7-10 business days after artwork approval. Standard samples from our existing range are available immediately and shipped free of charge (freight at your cost).
What customization options are available?
We support six dimensions of customization: Size, Structure, Logo, Printing, Packaging, and Material Solution (including biodegradable PLA). You can customize one or all six depending on your brand requirements.
What compliance documents can you provide?
We can provide FDA food contact compliance, EU food contact compliance, SGS test reports, and BPA-free certification. All documentation is included with your order at no additional charge.
What are your payment terms?
30% deposit to initiate production, 70% balance against copy of Bill of Lading. L/C is also accepted. We quote FOB Ningbo or Shanghai. OA credit terms are not accepted.
Can I get production updates during manufacturing?
Yes. We send production progress photos and videos during the manufacturing process. Before shipment, a pre-shipment QC inspection is conducted and a report is shared with you.
What happens if there is a quality issue after delivery?
We follow up on every shipment through departure, arrival, and receipt. If a quality issue is confirmed, we discuss compensation or replenishment based on the situation. Our after-sales team remains available throughout.
Do you support biodegradable or sustainable packaging options?
Yes. We offer PLA biodegradable packaging as a material solution option for custom orders. These are suitable for brands targeting eco-conscious markets and meet relevant food-contact standards.
